We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, management, and territory management to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories
- Manage some existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective account management strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs to facilitate product understanding and upselling opportunities
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development efforts
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
- Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to foster long-term relationships and generate repeat business
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and develop strategies for continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management and account growth
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, product demos, upselling techniques, and lead generation methods
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Background in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive approach toward direct sales is essential
- Analysis skills for assessing market data and developing actionable insights for strategic planning
- Must have a vehicle and current Driver's License
