About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Leader to oversee multiple locations within the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
.
The candidate must be able to travel frequently and be outside of their home city or province for multiple weeks at a time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee new store openings and store audits.
  • Take responsibility for training new franchisees and their teams.
  • Develop and perform training programs for staff.
  • Ensure the standards outlined in the Operations Manual are met consistently.
  • Proactively work to positively influence sales and profitability in your region.
  • Build professional relationships and create buy-ins in their assigned territory.
  • Plan, schedule, and lead new store openings.
  • Conduct store audits and store visitations, correct deficiencies noted.
  • Participate and be on site during the full process for new restaurant openings and re-sale transfers.
  • Ability to travel even outside the province for store openings and transfers for up to 3 weeks at a time.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, specifically in overseeing a designated territory
  • Must have a full/class 5 drivers license and reliable access to a car
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in multi-unit management is preferred
  • Exposure to franchising operations is preferred
  • Post-secondary education, particularly a business-related diploma, is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Can do attitude with exceptional relationship building skills
