Your Impact

The Regional General Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting multiple locations to ensure consistent execution of operational procedures across all departments. This leader will drive operational excellence, uphold the highest standards of customer service, and ensure each location meets or exceeds its financial performance goals.

Job Description

As the Regional General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the operational, financial, and customer service performance across multiple locations within the assigned region.
  • Ensure consistent execution of policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all sites.
  • Partner with Ownership team to support employee relations, staffing, and regulatory compliance across the region.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable all General Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations.
  • Coach location leaders in building and sustaining high-performing teams with strong sales execution and customer service excellence.
  • Lead regional team meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions to drive alignment and results.
  • Ensure all locations maintain full HIPAA compliance and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
  • Provide oversight and support for key programs such as the Executive Physical Program, ensuring consistency and quality across sites.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify, implement, and scale operational efficiencies across all locations.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of General Managers and key regional staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve General Manager training programs in coordination with HR and Executive Leadership.
  • Conduct regular audits and site visits to ensure operational consistency, facility readiness, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Monitor and improve customer experience across the region by tracking NPS scores, customer feedback, and service metrics.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve revenue goals in partnership with the sales and marketing departments.
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities and performance risks, ensuring each location is positioned for long-term success.
  • Represent Next Health in community engagement efforts and serve as a cultural ambassador for the brand.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development throughout the region.
  • Oversees presentation and maintenance of the facility to ensure everything is aesthetically pleasing, and in proper working order, and all maintenance issues are resolved expeditiously.
  • Holds all staff members accountable for their responsibilities and provides positive affirmations, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple facilities, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards of care
  • Lead and support facility leadership teams, including clinical and administrative staff, to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure all locations comply with healthcare regulations and maintain exceptional patient care standards
  • Develop, implement, and manage regional budgets to ensure financial sustainability and performance
  • Collaborate with Ownership Team to execute company-wide strategic initiatives at the regional level
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, providers, and community stakeholders across the region
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices across all locations
  • Ensure all facilities provide a safe, secure, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare or hospitality management, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
  • Strong financial management skills and experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Possesses self-initiative and motivation.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve internal & external conflicts.
  • Ability to work with peers, supervisors, patients, and physicians.
  • Amazing customer service skills.
  • Command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Inherent outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Ability to proactively identify & resolve operational issues before they arise.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful.

Expected Compensation

$100,000 - $115,000/annual salary + benefits + bonus potential

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
