Skills/Experience/Competencies:


• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst


• Gather and analyse requirements / user stories


• Create process maps, workflows, and functional specifications


• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment between business and technical teams


• Communicate complex ideas clearly and produce concise documentation


• Work in Agile environments and understand SDLC phases

Nice to have:

  • Working experience in the banking/financial services industry would be an asset

  • Knowledge of Credit and Risk applications preferred

  • Experience working in Agile environment

Education:


• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, or a related field.

Key Accountabilities:


• Elicit and document requirements: Gather, analyse, and clearly define business and system requirements (functional, non-functional, operational, and transitional) for new solutions and enhancements.


• Perform gap analysis: Identify gaps between current capabilities and future state requirements, recommending viable solutions.


• Analyse processes and data: Conduct detailed business process modelling (AS-IS and TO-BE), data analysis, and logical data modelling to support solution design.


• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business units, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.
