Our midsize and dedicated ERP consulting team specializes in helping small-to-medium size companies select and adapt enterprise software and business systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resource Management (HRMS) and IT services. As a Sage business partner, servicing the Greater Toronto Area, we support evaluation and implementation of Sage 300, Sage Intacct, Sage X3, CRM and HRMS systems, ensuring high return on investment and ensure a quick and painless transition to new software.

Job Description:

⦁ Install Sage & Third party software(s)/administration.

⦁ Business Process Review, Mapping & Re-Engineering Provide ongoing customer support & training.

⦁ Create Financial Reporter templates for financial reports.

⦁ Prepare documentation for both users and for administration and maintenance of custom programs and reports.

⦁ Out of the box thinking to understand end client's business processes and offer suggestions how to streamline with technology.

⦁ Meeting project deadlines and initiating Change of Order process when required.

⦁ Other general consulting related duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

⦁ Must have a valid G license with own transportation.

⦁ Good knowledge about computer software(s)/hardware(s).

⦁ Knowledge of Sage Intacct or NetSuite will be an asset.

⦁ Familiar with different Microsoft Office platforms and applications.

⦁ Able to work with deadlines and during stressful situations.
