The Opportunity:

Our client, an established industrial solutions company is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their Calgary-based team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in process analytical sample systems design who enjoys providing customized solutions and maintaining close relationships with customers throughout the design and order cycle. You'll be part of a team known for its responsiveness, innovation, and technical expertise in supporting gas and liquid analytical applications.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as a technical authority on sample system design and process analytical applications.
  • Develop and communicate tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Liaise with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain frequent contact with customers, supporting them from design through delivery.
  • Create design documentation and drawings using CAD or similar programs.
  • Apply your knowledge to select, size, and supply process analytical products such as continuous gas analyzers, gas chromatographs, moisture analyzers, pH meters, and turbidity sensors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • 3–5 years of experience in process analytical sample system design, focusing on gas and liquid analytical products.
  • Strong ability to design, size, and specify analytical equipment and systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD design tools and ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of analytical instrumentation, including gas and liquid measurement technologies.
  • A Technical Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
