About Us:

Proform Construction Products is a leading precast concrete manufacturer serving Western Canada's construction and infrastructure industries. Our Calgary plant delivers innovative and reliable solutions, including residential precast, retaining walls, noise barriers, jersey barriers, architectural precast, and custom-engineered products.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Estimating Representative to support sales and estimating activities at our Calgary plant. You'll prepare quotations, manage client inquiries, track bid opportunities, and assist with project coordination—all while working closely with our Technical Sales Representative and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare estimates, quotes, and submittal packages for precast projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide product support.
  • Proactively search for bids on platforms such as Buildworks, APC, MERX, Ariba, and Bids & Tenders.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, bids, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to support project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in construction; concrete/precast experience is an asset.
  • C.E.T. designation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings and estimating processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; estimating software experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
