- Participate in the creation of innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by providing quality technical support.
- Rigorously follow up on projects until they are taken over by the team

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Proficiency in B2B business development and/or technical solution sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relations skills
- Advanced spoken and written English to communicate with our English-speaking customers
- Availability to travel 25–35% of the time in Canada and the United States
- Relevant experience in sales or business development
And These Assets Will Strengthen Your Impact
- Valid passport and driver's license without restrictions
- Relevant experience with CRM (Salesforce)
- Relevant experience in the industrial, agricultural, and/or motorsports fields
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
- Technical knowledge of plastics and rubber
- University or technical degree in engineering or other relevant field
