Role summary

The Management Intern will support business initiatives across Business, Operations, Human Resources, and Research & Development (R&D). This role is designed to provide broad exposure to how different functions work together to drive organizational growth. The intern will assist with improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a professional, cross-functional environment.

Role and Responsibilities

Business

· Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and market research.

· Conduct an internal audit of our database and support our organizational initiatives.

· Assist with data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

· Support with documentation of business processes and decision workflows.

Operations

· Support day-to-day operational activities and improvement initiatives.

· Assist in analyzing workflows, capacity, and process efficiency.

· Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., efficiency, quality, lead times).

HR

· Gain exposure to HR processes, compliance, and people operations.

· Assist with HR administrative tasks such as documentation, and employee engagement activities.

· Help maintain HR records and assist with policy or process updates.

· Assist in special projects assigned by management.

R&D

· Support coordination and administrative aspects of R&D projects

· Assist with documentation of R&D processes/workflows, or project milestones.

· Help track project timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.

· Participate in cross-functional meetings between R&D, Operations, and Business teams.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management or a related field

· Strong interest in general management or business operations.

· Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Familiarity with project management or CRM tools

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail

This Management Intern position provides valuable exposure to all facets of business within a supportive learning environment. Candidates will develop essential skills in management, operations, human resources and marketing; building a solid foundation for future advancement in their career.

Job Type: Internship / Co-op

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $15.65-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
