Vos responsabilités
*Acquisition et conclusion de ventes:
Être très actif(ve) dans l'identification, la qualification et le développement de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires. Prendre en charge personnellement la conclusion de transactions complexes et stratégiques.
*Atteinte des objectifs de croissance:
Définir et mettre en œuvre le plan de croissance. Assumer la responsabilité de l'atteinte d'objectifs de revenus ambitieux et de l'expansion du territoire national.
*Vision stratégique et analytique:
Exploiter les données de vente et le CRM afin de produire des prévisions précises et des recommandations stratégiques. Soutenir une croissance rentable et durable pour l'entreprise et ses clients.
*Leadership par l'exemple:
Démontrer une forte éthique de travail et un leadership axé sur l'exécution. Mettre en place des processus structurés et maximiser l'utilisation du CRM afin de bâtir un pipeline de ventes solide et visible
