If You Are Great At

• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Communicating with clarity, confidence, and empathy
• Working independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
• Adapting quickly to changing priorities and client needs
• Staying motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment

If You Have

• Sales experience, preferably B2B
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• A willingness to obtain an AMF damage insurance representative certificate in commercial-lines damage insurance within the first four months of your employment.
