Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our RESTAURANT & FRANCHISE operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, optimizing productivity, and managing resources effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence in operational performance.
Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all restaurants.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees to achieve performance targets.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee inventory management.
- Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within the industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations & restaurant management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics; experience with relevant software tools is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
