Responsable marketing
pour piloter notre visibilité et notre image de marque.

Votre rôle

Relevant de la direction, le ou la Responsable marketing jouera un rôle stratégique dans le développement de la notoriété de l'entreprise et l'optimisation de sa présence numérique, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et le siège social.

Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer, maintenir et faire évoluer le
    site internet
    (contenu, structure, mises à jour).
  • Développer et assurer la
    cohérence de l'image de marque
    de la compagnie.
  • Analyser les
    données marketing et de performance
    afin d'améliorer la visibilité et le positionnement de l'entreprise.
  • Concevoir, organiser et mettre à jour les
    tableaux de bord (dashboards)
    marketing.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec :
  • l'
    équipe de direction
    ,
  • l'
    équipe des ventes
    ,
  • le
    siège social
    , afin de rester aligné(e) sur les nouveautés, stratégies et changements.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions marketing adaptées au marché nord-américain.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum
    5 ans d'expérience en marketing
    , dont idéalement
    3 ans au Québec
    afin de maîtriser les codes nord-américains.
  • Expérience en
    marketing industriel
    (le milieu de la structure métallique est un fort atout).
  • Excellente maîtrise du
    français à l'oral et à l'écrit
    .
  • L'
    anglais est un atout
    .
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse, sens stratégique et esprit de collaboration.
  • Permis de conduire classe 5
    requis.
