Who is Cardchasers looking for?
We're looking for an experienced, organized, and creative Head of Marketing who can lead how Cardchasers grows. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern, community-driven brands and knows how to turn attention into engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
You're strategic but hands-on, comfortable testing ideas, measuring results, and scaling what works in a fast-moving environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Cardchasers' overall marketing strategy across digital, social, live commerce, and in-store channels
- Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns supporting live-streamed product openings, exclusive drops, product launches, and in-store promotions
- Define and guide content strategy across TikTok, Whatnot, social media, email, and the Cardchasers website
- Work closely with leadership, hosts, and creators to test growth initiatives, analyze performance, and scale successful campaigns
- Oversee website content, merchandising, and conversion optimization (direction and performance, not web development)
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and KPIs, translating data into clear insights and reporting
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI
- Build and manage partnerships with influencers, brands, and third-party agencies
- Monitor trends in sports cards, TCG, live shopping, and digital marketing
- Track competitor activity and market shifts to inform positioning and messaging
Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing experience driving brand growth and customer acquisition
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing strategies (social, content, email, paid, web)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Whatnot, and social-first, community-driven marketing
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and performance
- Experience overseeing website content and digital conversion optimization
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external partners
- Organized, creative, and comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sports cards, TCG, collectibles, or live commerce strongly preferred
