Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills, ensuring safe and efficient towing services for our clients. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality service while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to service calls for vehicle towing and roadside assistance.
  • Assess vehicle conditions and determine appropriate towing methods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during stressful situations.
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on tow trucks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tow truck and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Valid class 5 driver's license with clean record.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Previous experience in towing or roadside assistance is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • G-Endorsement (nice to have not required)
  • 1A/ Air Endorsement (nice to have not required)
