On-the-job support is required for a Grade 12 high school student with an intellectual and or development disability completing their co-op work placement in the Fredericton Region . The job coach will provide one-to-one on-the-job guidance and support to the student, as well as encouraging and supporting the student to gain independence and growth with job-related skills and tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a background in human services, education, or a related area of study, although we will train the right applicant. Experience in a similar role is an asset. The successful applicant must be able to provide a current criminal record check and vulnerable sector check and must also possess a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
This is a contract position beginning January 28, 2026 and ending on June 5, 2026.
Hours: Up to 15 hours per week (Monday – Friday approximately from 9am to 12pm)
Location: Positions available in Fredericton Region
The Job Coach will report to the Transition Facilitator with Inclusion NB
