Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5 days/week, includes Saturdays)
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually (incl. bonuses)

We’re looking for an outstanding leader to help guide that mission as our Regional Manager for Vancouver Island.

Snore MD is growing across BC & Alberta, and we are seeking an experienced clinical leader with formal sleep medicine credentials to oversee and mentor our Vancouver Island team.

This role is designed exclusively for professionals with sleep or respiratory therapy certifications.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and empowering multiple clinical teams across Vancouver Island
- Ensuring top-tier patient care, experience, and satisfaction
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Managing clinic operations, staffing, KPIs, and quality standards
- Building strong relationships with teams, community partners, and patients
- Maintaining operational excellence, consistency, and performance
- Championing a high-energy, supportive, positive culture
- Traveling regularly between clinics

Who You Are

A confident, uplifting clinical leader who brings:

- RRT or RPSGT certification (mandatory)
- Healthcare leadership experience (preferably multi-site)
- Strong presence, energy, and accountability
- Experience in sleep clinics, respiratory therapy, or clinical operations
- Passion for patient care and team growth
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
