Alexandra Mosher Studio Jewellery is looking for a Retail Sales Manager.

A VIEW INTO THE POSITION
The Sales Manager is one-part Compassionate Coach, and one-part Air Traffic Controller of all front-facing verticals of Alexandra Mosher Studio Jewellery. This is a very meaningful leadership role within a dynamic and caring team, and an established brand committed to growth and sharing Bermuda's beauty.

You'll work with team members such as: the retail team, production manager, studio team and metalsmith, marketing team, CFO, and the Founder & Designer, Alexandra. 

The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales, retail team management & operations, and all customer service and fulfillment channels.

This is a full-time, in-person, long-term position that reports directly to Alexandra, while working very closely with our Jewellery Production Manager.

We don't need you to be a 
jewellery retail expert. But we do need you to have a solid understanding of how omnichannel retail operations work.
