Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for helping homeowners and closing deals? Gerry's Roofing & Siding Inc., a trusted name in residential exteriors, is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our high-energy team

Work Location: Field-based, face-to-face with homeowners across Hamilton and surrounding service areas within 45 minutes of our office (49 Morley St, Hamilton, ON).

Industry / Products: Roofing, siding, windows, doors, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough services.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to provide home improvement solutions
  • Strive to earn the customers trust and business on the first visit
  • Perform home inspections and generate quotes
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Represent Gerry's Roofing & Siding Inc. with professionalism and integrity

What we are looking for:

  • Outgoing, coachable, and goal-oriented personality
  • Previous B2C sales experience a plus, but not required
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based role
