The company operates major showrooms in Montreal, New York, and Toronto, and is the exclusive worldwide supplier of AllSaints-branded men's tailored clothing.

The company also offers a separate sportswear and footwear collection under the Robert Barakett brand, available online at and at over 130 leading retailers, including Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Holt Renfrew, and Simons. In Fall 2025, Jack Victor expanded its offering with the launch of Atelier Montreal, a competitively priced tailored import collection.
Marketing Assistant Job Description:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the marketing activities for two distinguished brands, Jack Victor and Robert Barakett, as well as any secondary brands required. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the effective distribution and organization of marketing efforts across multiple channels and departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Digital Asset Coordination:

• Material Distribution Management: Facilitate efficient distribution of marketing materials across internal and external channels, addressing both B2B and B2C needs.

• Digital Asset Organization: Maintain and enhance the organization of the Marketing OneDrive, ensuring intuitive access and systematic folder structures.

Interdepartmental Collaboration and Data Management:

• Departmental Liaison: Foster collaboration between the Marketing, E-commerce, and Merchandising departments to synchronize marketing activities.

• Data Compilation: Partner with eCommerce and Merchandising to consolidate seasonal buying data into user-friendly Excel documents for strategic reference.

Production and Creative Execution:

• Photoshoot Planning: Coordinate with merchandising and operations to ensure timely acquisition of photoshoot samples and manage styling requirements, including garment tailoring for all campaign and eCommerce photoshoots.

• Creative Production Assistance: Support the planning and execution of photoshoots, ensuring proper organization through tasks such as creating detailed shot lists and call sheets, booking talent travel, coordinating photoshoot catering, and labeling garments.

• Photography Studio Maintenance: Manage the photography studio located at 9030 Pie-IX boulevard, travelling to and from the Downtown office, restocking supplies, arranging cleanings, organizing samples.

Marketing Operations and Communications:

• Visual Asset Distribution: Oversee the distribution of eCommerce imagery to wholesale partners, ensuring brand integrity.

• Expense Tracking: Monitor and assist in the reconciliation of marketing expenses, including credit card expenses and invoices. Enter expenses in the Marketing Budget Tracker.

• Supplier and Inventory Management: Manage the relationship with suppliers for marketing materials and oversee the inventory and picks for photoshoots, public relations, including tracking and reconciling returned items.

• Administrative Support: Provide ad hoc administrative support and assist with projects from senior leaders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, ideally within a multi-brand environment.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent work experience

• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a good understanding of content management systems.

• A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Experience in Momentis is an asset.
