In this role, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel while supporting and guiding the housekeeping staff. You'll take pride in creating a welcoming environment for every guest and ensuring our rooms meet Best Western's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to brand standards.
  • Inspect rooms and report any maintenance or quality issues to management.
  • Assist with cleaning guest rooms and common areas as needed.
  • Help train new team members and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
  • Organize daily work assignments and manage housekeeping supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk and management regarding room status and guest needs.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping and/or supervisory experience in a hotel environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to lead by example and motivate a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.20 per hour

Work Location: In person
