What do you need?

  • Licensed Optician in the province of British Columbia
  • Ability to lead a team to deliver excellent patient service
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Motivational skills that will energise your team and drive success
  • Financial understanding of sales, targets and budgets
  • PC skills to use iOS and microsoft platforms
  • Be an enthusiastic learner and teacher
  • Living within Canada
  • Fluency in to Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
