Job Description:

Mandatory Skills: Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Manage end-to-end technical delivery for entertainment and home service technology projects.
  • Oversee introduction of new connected devices and related service features.
  • Drive development of technology service layers to support future business requirements and platform migrations.
  • Ensure service reliability through incident management, change/release governance, and performance monitoring.
  • Validate, integrate, and deploy new technologies and applications.
  • Coordinate service integration and maintain operational support for technology platforms.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical project management within technology or telecom domains.
  • Strong understanding of network services, connected devices, and application integration.
  • Expertise in incident/change/release management and KPI development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP or Agile certification.
  • Familiarity with service reliability practices and performance monitoring tools.
