YOUR IMPACT

You won't be stuck in maintenance mode. At Ateko, the QA Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data-driven solutions. This position oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities for analytics platforms, data pipelines, and reporting systems.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day to day will look like this:

• Lead the testing team and develop strategy, plans, and automation for multiple projects.
• Coordinate and report on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) progress for data-related initiatives.
• Create and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy, including ETL processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams (data engineers, application/integration teams) to resolve issues and manage defect lifecycle.
• Implement automation frameworks (Python, SQL) for data validation, regression, and performance testing, including Azure cloud environments.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don't meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we're looking for potential first.

• At least 5 years of hands-on data testing experience, including leadership in test strategy and execution.
• Strong background in data analytics with expertise in validating pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting systems.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (Python, SQL, PyTest, or data-focused frameworks).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage tight timelines, estimate efforts, and engage with clients effectively.
