We're growing across Canada, and we're looking for a strong relationship builder to support our broker growth strategy in Alberta.

At Highclere Capital, we offer competitive Prime Mortgage solutions and will be launching our Alt-A lending program in 2026. We're committed to responsible growth, service-first relationships, and doing the right thing.

What you'll do:

  • Build and manage broker partnerships
  • Drive mortgage volume and ensure file quality
  • Collaborate with underwriting to deliver a seamless broker experience
  • Represent Highclere at industry events and meetings
  • Travel regularly within Alberta, with occasional travel out of province

What you bring:

  • 5+ years in residential mortgage sales
  • Broker channel experience (Alt-A or non-prime a plus)
  • Regional sales management experience
  • Confidence working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first team

Work Location

This role is remote within Alberta. Candidates must reside in Alberta and be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions/bonuses tied to performance.

Additional Requirements

Candidates will be required to complete a background check, including employment verification.
