- Data & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports and dashboards using Excel and HRIS tools.
- Translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations that support decision-making.
- Talent Development & Employee Programs:
- Support key initiatives, including Succession Planning, Leadership Programs, and other people focused programs.
- Develop and maintain a central repository of training materials, guides, and resources for employees.
- Coordinate and contribute to the successful delivery of talent development initiatives.
- Employee Support & Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely support and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Design, update, and maintain materials and resources to support P&C initiatives.
- General Support & Special Projects:
- Provide administrative support for people programs, including documentation, compliance tracking, and process improvements.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company wide events.
- Prepare and format presentations and other materials to support P&C initiatives and leadership needs.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a P&C Coordinator or similar role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
