Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting business growth initiatives. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of financial services, corporate finance, and risk management to drive informed decision-making and sustainable profitability.

Duties

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage bookkeeping, accounting functions, and account reconciliation activities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial threats.
• Monitor cash flow, manage cost control measures, and optimize budget allocations.
• Lead business development efforts by analyzing investment opportunities and supporting expansion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across all departments.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and support overall organizational growth.
• Provide leadership to finance teams, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
