Nous recherchons un
gestionnaire immobilier dynamique
pour superviser un portefeuille composé
principalement d'immeubles d'habitation, avec quelques locaux commerciaux
. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne organisée, orientée vers les relations humaines et à l'aise avec la gestion quotidienne d'un parc immobilier dans un environnement dynamique.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la
    gestion d'immeubles résidentiels
  • Une expérience dans le
    domaine des propriétés commerciales ou à usage mixte
    est un atout
  • Solides compétences en communication et en relations avec les locataires
  • Solides capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps
  • Connaissance des lois
    québécoises en matière de location
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) préféré
  • La maîtrise des logiciels de gestion immobilière est un atout

Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes des immeubles résidentiels
  • Superviser certains locaux commerciaux
  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les locataires et répondre à leurs préoccupations de manière professionnelle
  • Coordonner les baux, les renouvellements, les emménagements et les déménagements
  • Gérer les demandes d'entretien et superviser les fournisseurs/entrepreneurs
  • Veiller à ce que les propriétés soient conformes à la réglementation et aux normes de sécurité du Québec
  • Aider à l'établissement du budget, à la perception des loyers et au suivi des dépenses
  • Tenir à jour des registres et des rapports précis sur les propriétés

About the Role

We are seeking a
hands-on Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of
primarily residential apartment buildings
, with a small mix of
retail/commercial locations
. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and comfortable managing day-to-day property operations in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in
    residential property management
  • Exposure to
    retail or mixed-use properties
    is an asset
  • Strong communication and tenant-relations skills
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of
    Québec rental laws
  • Bilingual (French & English) preferred
  • Proficiency with property management software is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of residential apartment buildings
  • Oversee select retail/commercial units
  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and address concerns professionally
  • Coordinate leases, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Manage maintenance requests and supervise vendors/contractors
  • Ensure properties comply with Québec regulations and safety standards
  • Assist with budgeting, rent collection, and expense tracking
