**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in managing tenant communications, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into property management software, including Door Loop, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc..
- Maintain organized files and records related to property management activities.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of property maintenance and repairs.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective communication with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed for property management operations.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth office operations and support sales efforts when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Door loop or similar property management software is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
