Our workforce is growing, and we are in search of a Sr. Controls Specialist to play a key role in advancing our manufacturing operations.

Duties:

You will design and develop automation solutions for the automotive, pharmaceutical and consumer industries. Contributing to machine concepts, design control software, integration of software with electrical and mechanical systems, and machine installation at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and programming of safety systems (Safety PLC and Controllers)
  • Design and development of PLC and HMI Programming (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens)
  • Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence)
  • Robot systems design (ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, etc.)
  • Servo Systems, on site trouble shooting

Qualification and Experience:

  • 2-5 years experience in system controls development, design and integration of automated equipment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of self-motivation
  • Position does require travel to customer's locations.
  • Valid Passport & drivers license is required for travel.
