Our team at Lorik Tool & Automation is a highly skilled group of individuals, who work together in order to integrate parts into automated working machinery. We design, manufacture and service advanced automation, robotic solutions for the Automotive, pharmaceutical and consumer industries.

We are currently seeking an individual to join our team in a Jr. Controls position for a Co-op Placement or full-time position. If you are currently enrolled or have newly graduated College or University and are looking for a placement to learn about the Automation industry.

**Major Duties**:
You will work closely with the Project Managers and Controls department to help and develop various Machine manuals and Machine labels for ongoing projects. You will help to update electrical drawings, PLC & HMI programs for our automated machinery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Machine documentation
- Machine Labels / Tags
- Update safety systems (Safety PLC and Controllers)
- Update PLC and HMI Programming (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens)
- Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence)
- Robot systems design (ABB, Fanuc, Motorman, etc.)
- Servo Systems,

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Knowledge in system controls development, design and integration of automated equipment.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- College Degree or currently enrolled looking for Co-op Placement.
- Strong organizational skills and high level of self-motivation
- Position does require travel to customer's locations.
- Valid Passport & driver’s license is required for travel.

**Wage: TBD**
