Job Descrition :

  1. Knowledge and experience with provision and oversight of job descriptions, job evaluations, advisory services and support to Client Leaders and HR team.
  2. Specialized experience in leading all aspects of job description writing and job evaluation within an evolving start-up organization and unionized environment.
  3. Experience in updating legacy job descriptions for both non-union and union groups required for job evaluation and pay equity with knowledge and interpretive understanding of relevant legislation and initiatives in a broad public sector environment.
  4. Experience in supporting the implementation and preparation for collective bargaining.
  5. Proven customer service and partnership skills as a committed team player who can work with FSRA Leaders to determine job responsibilities, identify competencies needed in a position, establish qualifications needed for recruitment and selection including HR team in job evaluations for executive, management and unionized positions with direction and support of management and HR team members on the job description writing process and determination of evaluations for positions.
