Night Maintenance Personnel




POSITION BACKGROUND:

The
Night Maintenance Personnel is responsible for the maintenance of the local Company's
yards and buildings, this position is vital to maintaining the safety of all the
Company's equipment and buildings.


CORE DUTIES:

Night
Maintenance Personnel

Provide ongoing
maintenance to the Company's yards and buildingsLog after-hours visitorsProvide access to
employees when neededProvide and authorize
entrance and departure of employees Communicate with the Company's
'Call Centre' at the prescribed frequency to update status of shift workProvide continual
maintenance to prevent hazards and mitigate damages to buildings and yardProvide a visible
presence that provides a safe work environment to the Company's employeesPrepare written reports
of daily activities, observations, Maintenance issues and incidents

Other Duties

Successfully complete safety
training as required on an ongoing basisObserve all safety
procedures and use proper Personal Protective EquipmentEnsure that all of the
Company's policies and Occupational Health and Safety regulations are followedRepresent the Company in
a light that is commensurate with the values of Management and the Corporate
Vision and Mission Statements

Duties, responsibilities and activities may
change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Able to pass a Criminal
Record CheckMinimum 2 years of
experience High School diplomaValid Class 5 Driver's
Licence and clean driver's abstractAbility to deal with the
public in a positive, courteous, and respectful mannerStrong work ethic and attention
to detailAbility to work
independent
