Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional customer service. You will prepare and serve beverages, manage the bar area, and ensure that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks
  • Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods
  • Knowledge of various beverages, cocktails, and food pairings is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
