Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
  • Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.

Experience

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, especially breakfast restaurants with high-volume establishments..
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • This shift is for Friday and weekend includes.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour
