Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. At least one year of experience as a server will increase your chances of getting selected for an interview.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
  • Ensure that all food safety standards are met during food preparation and service.
  • Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications or special requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in food handling practices to ensure safety and quality.
  • Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations within a restaurant setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations and restaurant workflows is a plus.
  • Working with flexible schedules and available on holidays and weekends for sure.
