Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Server to join our team. This role is key to delivering outstanding service, supporting team operations, and helping Stacked continue to be a leader in the breakfast industry within our community.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards
  • Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and answer guest questions confidently
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system
  • Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts

Requirements

  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct
