Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON for an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and instrumentation equipment in the facility. Daily tasks also include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, performing preventive maintenance, and updating maintenance logs. Collaborating with the engineering team for system upgrades and process improvements is also a key component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and instrumentation equipment
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety regulations
  • Experience with system upgrades and process improvements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow maintenance logs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the engineering team
  • Relevant certifications or technical education in Electrical or Instrumentation Technology is a plus
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus
