Marketing Coordinator – SGG Real Estate Group (Calgary, AB)

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms

  • Assist with listing marketing: photos, videos, staging coordination, brochures, feature sheets, and property ads

  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

  • Write engaging copy for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials

  • Manage posting schedules, track performance, and provide insights to the team

  • Support the creation of promotional materials and client events

  • Assist with CRM updates and marketing automations

  • Work closely with agents and team leads to support ongoing sales and branding initiatives

  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online visibility strategies

  • Experience with Canva, social media management tools, or similar programs

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Previous real estate marketing experience is an asset but not required
