Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
to support strategic initiatives within
Capital Markets and Finance systems
. The role involves working closely with
Product Controllers, Finance Controllers, and Technology teams
to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and deliver scalable solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and document
    business and functional requirements
  • Analyze and support applications involving
    Capital Markets products
    (Derivatives, Bonds, MBS)
  • Understand
    trade lifecycle
    , booking, settlement, positions, sub-ledger, and valuations
  • Perform
    data analysis, gap analysis, and data lineage
    using SQL and Excel
  • Analyze and enhance
    existing MS Access data models
  • Create
    data flow diagrams, system context diagrams, and solution designs
  • Break requirements into
    user stories
    and support Agile/Scrum delivery
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
  • Provide hands-on support during
    Functional Testing, SIT, and UAT
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and multiple priorities effectively

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 5–7 years of
    Business Systems Analysis
    experience
  • Strong
    Capital Markets product knowledge
    , especially derivatives
  • Expert-level
    SQL and Excel
    for data analysis
  • Proven experience delivering projects in
    financial services
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
