Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support online and mobile banking front-end initiatives. This role will lead requirements discovery and documentation, develop system use cases and activity diagrams, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner closely with product, UX, development, and QA teams across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirements discussions with business and technical stakeholders
  • Create system use cases and activity diagrams (system interactions, not screen flows)
  • Translate use cases into user stories, scenarios, and acceptance criteria for Dev/QA
  • Document and manage business rules, system behavior, and integration/data movement requirements
  • Support teams through the SDLC and collaborate with UX/content teams
  • Partner with QA teams and provide support using QA tools and processes
  • Work within Agile delivery teams to support multiple digital banking initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and ALM tools
  • Expert-level experience creating use case activity diagrams and transforming them into delivery-ready requirements
  • 2+ years of mobile banking experience
  • 1+ year of experience supporting AI-related projects
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a large FI/banking environment
  • CBAP certification
  • Prior experience working in similar digital banking environments
