About the Role

You'll lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives to promote our B2B SaaS products. These products span various industries, offering you the opportunity to apply your marketing expertise to diverse audiences and sectors.

Working closely with leadership, design, and sales teams, you'll drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and continuously experiment with AI-powered SEO optimization, automation, and A/B testing to improve performance and stay ahead of the curve.

This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives on growth experiments, from optimizing funnels and landing pages to discovering new channels, tools, and tactics that accelerate customer acquisition and brand authority.

Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:

o SEO and AI optimization (on-page, off-page, and technical)

o SEM (Google Ads, social media advertising)

o Email marketing and automation workflows

o Content marketing (blogs, whitepapers, case studies)

o Paid advertising and remarketing campaigns

· Proactively design, run, and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.

· Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, analytics, and marketing automation.

· Identify and act on new opportunities for growth, optimization, and lead generation.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

· Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, translating insights into actionable strategies.

· Manage and update company websites (WordPress), ensuring optimized UX and conversion flow.

· Conduct competitor and market analysis to guide campaign direction.

· Stay up to date with digital trends, Google algorithm changes, and AI advancements in marketing, including taking relevant online courses.

· Present new ideas, strategies, and experiments to leadership, initiative and creativity are a must.

· Support marketing and branding initiatives during industry events and campaigns (some outside regular business hours).

· Attend trade shows and product demonstrations to understand the customer mindset.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within tech or SaaS.

· Google Ads Certification is required.

· Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering measurable results.

· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM/email automation platforms.

· Strong knowledge of AI-driven SEO tools and techniques.

· Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and performance optimization.

· Excellent writing and communication skills.

· Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

· Creative problem solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.

· Experience with design tools is a plus.

· Experience managing and updating WordPress websites (including landing pages, SEO plugins, and content updates).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
