We are excited to announce our search for a FULL TIME/PART TIME Guest Service professional in our Guelph location. In this role you'll bring your strengths in creating an environment that supports WAXON's brand and focus on high quality and great client experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

· Greeting and checking in guests

· Selling wax/laser packages and retail products

· Point of sale operations

· Coordinating appointments

· Appointment confirmation & scheduling

· Opening & closing duties

· Maintaining a clean working environment

· General administration responsibilities

· Answering calls and emails

Key Requirements:

· Experience in Reception / customer service

· Able to communicate effectively

· Professional and motivated

· Self-starter

· Hospitality-focused approach/attitude

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task duties

· Able to work some weekends and evenings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
