Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring that service excellence and a welcoming atmosphere are consistently maintained.
  • Lead and support the front-of-house team, providing guidance and training to uphold high standards of service.
  • Manage guest interactions, addressing feedback and resolving issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Assist on the floor with various tasks, including food and drink running, bussing, expediting orders, and maintaining tables to support smooth service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in managing inventory and supplies, including ordering and stock control.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a front-of-house leadership role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations with proven ability to lead and support a team.
  • Experience in managing guest relations, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and handling feedback effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with guests and team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational challenges.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to grow within the organization.
