Job Summary:
Your employment duties will consist of those of a Product Manager as required by the Company and listed below. This list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive, however, and you will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task assigned by a leader.
The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap to deliver TMS solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. The incumbent is responsible for the monitoring of all aspects of the product life cycle, including both short and long term development. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is key to ensuring excellent product delivery. The Product Manager will collaborate with the development and QA teams to monitor adherence to the development plan while ensuring the quality and technical integrity of features and components. The incumbent will be responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities.

Job Duties:
- Lead the communication with stakeholders such as business leaders, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear, and the product vision is aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and organize requirements, manage the product roadmap and identify key milestones.
- Coordinate version releases with internal teams and customers.
- Transcribe business needs into executable requirements for the development team.
- Organize sprint planning, daily stand-up's and refinements with developers.
- Responsible for prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.
- Organize and maintain the team's JIRA project.
- Present requirements to the development team and gather work estimates.
- Assist technical writers in the design, development, and distribution of documentation related to product development and technical specifications.
- Host regular product update meetings, demonstrating and communicating product functionality progressions.
- Provide insights and suggest product improvements to stakeholders, executive team and other strategic decision-making groups.
- Ensure quality of product through requirements gathering and testing to ensure developer updates meet the business need identified and documented.
- Partner with QA on the creation of test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables and product success.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity or experience with the Timeless suite of products preferred
- Degree or Diploma in Health Information Technology field preferred, or related field
- Strong career experience in Health Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a product management role
- Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, etc.)
- Strong proficiency with Jira
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret information
- Highly effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complexity to audiences with minimal technical expertise
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Strong prioritization skills to manage conflicting demands
- Demonstrated efficiency and time management skills, without sacrificing quality
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
Work Conditions:
- Potential for extended periods of sitting
- Operation of desktop computer and peripherals
- Flexible and at times long hours; may require nights, weekends, and/or holidays
