Casual / Freelance Brand Assistant

Women's Activewear Brand (Local)

We're a small, growing women's activewear brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help with a variety of day-to-day tasks. This is a casual/freelance role with flexible hours—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, organization, and supporting a women-owned business.

Pay: $20/hour

Hours: 5–15 hours per week

Location: Local / hybrid (some tasks may be in-person)

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Reviewing social media content and approving or suggesting revisions
  • Packing and preparing customer orders
  • Sending and responding to emails and DMs
  • Managing messages across platforms
  • Inventory tracking and basic inventory management
  • Entering expenses into a spreadsheet
  • Potential outreach to local stores, markets, or events
  • Assisting with occasional brand or product launch events

No two weeks will look exactly the same—this role is great for someone who likes variety and learning as they go.

  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and outreach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions
  • Interest in fashion, activewear, or small businesses is a plus
