Role Description
This is a
commission only
role.
We are interested in hiring in British Columbia, Alberta, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island.
You must currently live in these provinces.
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting and promoting Windcrest Power's products, and building lasting client relationships. Daily tasks will also include preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about industry trends related to renewable energy. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and negotiation
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of or interest in renewable energy, particularly wind energy solutions
- Ability to work independently in a remote, goal-oriented environment
- Experience with CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Passion for sustainability and environmental innovations is highly valued
