You are the final touchpoint in the customer journey and play a key role in both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Arrive at customer homes on time; if running late, communicate with the customer before the scheduled arrival time
  • Install all blinds and window coverings to Budget Blinds standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair blinds on-site when possible
  • Program motorized blinds and remotes
  • Communicate professionally with all customers during and after installation
  • Complete sales and follow-up calls, including post-install check-ins, open quote follow-ups, and answering customer questions
  • Identify opportunities for additional products, upgrades, or future work and communicate them to the sales team
  • 100% completion of customer installation forms
  • Complete and submit remake forms before leaving the customer's home
  • Take at least one photo per installation and upload it before leaving the job site
  • Canvas customer homes and place yard signs where permitted
  • Remove all garbage from customer homes and dispose of it at the office
  • Break down recycling and leave it neatly at the customer's preferred location
  • Submit a daily end-of-day report
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company van at all times
  • Keep the garage, shop, and office clean and organized daily
  • Assist with receiving, inventory, and product organization

Requirements

  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to program motorized blinds and remotes
  • Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Clean driving record
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience
  • Valid driver's license (must be a clean record)
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and install window coverings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
