**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects for a client. You will work closely with our senior project manager and the client's cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their project management skills in a supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Support the implementation of IT projects by coordinating resources and schedules.
- Utilize Microsoft Loop/Planner and Excel for documentation and project tracking.
- Participate in quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Help facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed of project progress.
- Monitor project performance using Waterfall methodologies and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Familiarity with systems related to IT project management is preferred.
- Experience or coursework in product development and requirements management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using project management tools
- Knowledge of budgeting principles as they relate to project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn from experienced team members.
- A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $28.44-$31.03 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
