For the Sales side;
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and service Manager to lead our sales and technician team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail sales, marketing, service and store management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee sales operations, develop strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate will also need to have a strong background in automotive service management, proficiency in shop software, and a proven ability to create accurate estimates. This role is crucial in ensuring our team operates efficiently and maintains our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage daily store operations including merchandising, pricing, and inventory purchasing
- Oversee customer service standards to enhance the shopping experience
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff members
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and monitor sales data for reporting purposes
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Manage budgeting activities and ensure store profitability through effective cost control measures
- Organize staff schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours while maintaining work-life balance for team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or sales management with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS systems
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, team management, and leadership roles
- Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional phone etiquette approach
- Strong analytical skills including math proficiency for pricing and financial analysis
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
For Service side;
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the mechanic shop and dealership.
Manage and train staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Utilize shop software to track service requests, inventory, and customer data.
Create and present accurate estimates for repairs and services.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of [5] years of experience in a service management role.
Proficient in automotive shop management software.
Strong understanding of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
